The Role

We’re on the search for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join our night shift team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the quality and standards of Laurent’s exceptional products. You will also play a key role in driving operational excellence across all manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery operations, including mixing and baking processes.
• Build a positive culture focusing on team development.
• To provide strong, hands‑on leadership ensuring open communication channels and cross training.
• Meet targets in a dynamic and fast-moving business.
• Ensure compliance with required Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene and Food Safety policies.
• Focus on ensuring your team are safe and following OHS processes and procedures.
