Inclusion Support Educator

We're on the lookout for an Inclusion Support Educator to join our team on a permanent, part-time bases, and make a real impact on children's lives!

We're searching for an individual who is not just an educator but a mentor and guide. This is a  permanent, part-time role, 4 days per week . working with children aged 3+.

Your Role :

• Provide direct one-on-one support to children with additional needs, ensuring their growth and development are nurtured.
• Infuse your passion into creating and delivering a stimulating learning environment for all children under your care.
• Collaborate with the team on daily centre practices, offering support in documenting children's learning journeys.
• Build meaningful connections with families and fellow educators, fostering a supportive community for our children.

Job Requirements :

• Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Experience working within an inclusion support role would be highly desirable
• Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks
• Awareness of the National Quality Framework, and Queensland Kindergarten guidelines
• Effective workplace communication skills.
