Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Assist in preparing financial reports and BAS statements
- Monitor client payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Support administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Must have Australian bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of Australian accounting/bookkeeping standards
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
