Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company, is inviting applications for a full‑time, permanent Commercial Manager role in Melbourne. The position requires 5–7 years of experience in commercial / contract management within the real estate, data centre, infrastructure or transport sector.

Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, you will represent Turner & Townsend in the client’s office and oversee commercial aspects of large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include :

• Client Claims : Preparing contract claims and reviewing financial information.
• Client Communication : Managing communication between Turner & Townsend and the client.
• Contract Negotiation : Leading negotiations and supporting agreement of contracts with stakeholders.
• Financial Management : Managing project budgets, producing financial statements and providing timely commercial advice.
• Transactional Compliance : Monitoring compliance, deliverables, costs, forecasting and invoicing; producing insightful reporting.
• Risk Management & Compliance : Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement : Reviewing and developing new processes to streamline activities.
• Relationship Building : Proactively building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Mentorship : Supporting the professional growth of junior colleagues.
