OSHC Coordinator - Our Lady of the Assumption (OSHC) - Enoggera
Permanent, full-time role (38 hours) | Monday to Friday | Split Shifts
Hourly pay rate:$45.33 - $46.29 per hour + allowances + benefits
We’re seeking a passionate and driven OSHC Coordinator to lead our thriving service at Our Lady of the Assumption OSHC. This is your opportunity to take the reins of a well-established, community-focused program and make a genuine impact every day.
This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedule with split shifts, leading a licensed service for up to 105 children. OSHC hours include 6:30am–8:30am (Before School Care), 3:00pm–6:00pm (After School Care), plus Vacation Care—giving you variety and meaningful engagement across the week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
- Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best.
- Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
Requirements of the Role: - Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Child protection training is required for this role.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
