The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Wales, Malaga.

As a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repair.

Role responsibilities

  • Managing high-volume admin tasks
  • Multitasking pro
  • Greeting customers on arrival
  • Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims / repairs

  • Experience using IBody (not essential)
  • Proven experience within a Customer Service position
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume customer service role
