About The Role

  • Location : Wollongong Hospital, NSW
  • Casual Opportunities available
  • Weekday and weekend shifts available
  • Working hours : Monday to Sunday from 5 : 30 am to 8 : 30 pm (Monday to Friday) and 10 am to 4 pm (Sat & Sun). Shifts will vary.
  • No experience required as training is provided.
  • Car Park Award rates.

    • The primary objective of this role is to act as a car park attendant for your designated precinct. You will join a small team and be supported with great management.

    Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Car Park Attendant of your designated car parks.
  • Promote and maintain a consistent focus on delivering outstanding customer service for the public.
  • Ability to resolve basic hardware faults.
  • Some understanding around WHS (desirable).

    • About You

  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Availability to work Monday-Sunday.
  • Full working rights and driver's licence.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to make independent decisions.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot machines when required (training will be provided).
