Senior Project Manager - Tier 2 Commercial Builder | Sydney
Join one of Sydney’s leading Tier 2 commercial builders known for delivering quality projects across government, commercial, education, health, and community sectors. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead $150M+ new build projects.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of a new construction project. You’ll lead a site-based delivery team, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure excellence across safety, quality, time, and cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from construction commencement through to handover.
- Lead and support project teams, including mentoring site staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee programme planning, risk mitigation, cost control, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with design, commercial, and client teams to deliver on expectations.
