Your Role

We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse / Distribution Coordinator to join our B&D Garage Doors team at our Malaga manufacturing site. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading warehouse operations, driving efficiency, and supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including safety, equipment, materials, and housekeeping
  • Lead and support your team with clear priorities, training, and resources
  • Assist in maintaining accurate stock control and drive process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with B&D and DuluxGroup safety protocols
  • Manage transport logistics including third‑party providers
  • Operate forklifts as required (LF License desirable)
  • Supervise warehouse personnel and foster a collaborative team environment

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Prior leadership experience in warehouse / distribution
  • SAP experience and LF forklift license (desirable)
  • Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A hands‑on, flexible approach with attention to detail
  • Willingness to work weekends and support the team as needed
  • A reliable, positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
