Join our gorgeous Leura store in the Blue Mountains! We are on the hunt for a Casual Team Member who thrive in a fast paced environment, and are up for a challenge! Our Team Members are the face of our brand. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for creating connections with your customers and maximising sales opportunities!

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus! However, if your work ethic and culture is aligned with us, this is something we are committed to teaching you.
  • Stock management experience is a bonus!

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional level of service to customers at all times. Our customers are our priority, and we always put them first.
  • Present your store to a high standard at all times through effective visual merchandising. It is important that we merchandise our beautiful products to encourage sales.
  • Attend training workshops as required to elevate your knowledge and skills. We love seeing our team grow and progress within their roles!
  • Work towards KPIs to guide and drive your performance. We want to raise the bar and continue to elevate our growth and success!
