An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Lead to join our WA team.

This role is based at our Perth office, conveniently located 10km from the CBD.

About the opportunity : We're seeking a seasoned and pragmatic Human Resources Lead to join our Human Resources team and guide the HR operations for the company. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment working alongside our operations management team as well as collaborate with our executive leadership team in all things human resources.

This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and has a national reach with offices throughout Australia, NZ and Singapore.

Key Capabilities : Business Partnership and Leadership Have a natural ability to connect well with stakeholders and build trusting relationships.

Be an integral member of the Operations Management Team with our day-to-day HR including workforce planning, recruitment - including the occasional bulk recruitment and, onboarding.

Partner with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through people strategies.

Lead and coach a small Human Resources team to ensure the quality delivery of HR partnering services for the business.

Employee Relations & Human Resources As the subject matter expert, lead investigations and the resolution of complex employee relations issues.

Provide advice and direction regarding industrial instruments including the FWA, Awards and other legislative requirements.

Lead the review and implementation of the company's remuneration and reward program and performance appraisal processes.

Analyse people data and workforce trends to inform planning and decision-making.

Review, develop and implement policies and facilitate information sessions with employees to ensure compliance with relevant legislation such as

Training and Development Maintain the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program and liaise with external agencies.

In consultation with the HSE team and Operations, review the current training matrix and training programs with the view to establishing a capability framework linked to the Awards and job role requirements.

Establish an emerging leaders program and other business-related training and development opportunities.

To be considered for this role, candidates will ideally possess the following : Adaptive and positive stakeholder management skills developed from working with a diverse workforce.

Experience in the food manufacturing industry will be highly regarded and / or experience in a manufacturing workplace.

Well-developed organisational skills and project management capability.

Influence others through well-developed verbal and written skills.

Relevant qualifications in employee relations, human resources or a related field.

Demonstrated hands on experience in Award and legislation interpretation and sound practical experience in managing complex performance and misconduct matters including investigations.

Must be resilient, proactive with a solutions-focused approach.
