The opportunity

As one of our Finance Advisors you will play a key role in supporting our client-serving engagement teams to make the best use of our Enterprise Resource Planning software and its processes in order to effectively manage their projects with EY’s external clients. The Finance Advisor is a finance professional with end-to-end system, process and policy knowledge who provides the right advice when it is needed, and partners with other functions to address the issues facing the business as we transform how we operate.

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end opportunity and engagement lifecycle advice to client engagement teams, including on-demand financial advisory support and proactive outreach.
• Review open queries, prioritize follow-up activities, and schedule engagement team meetings.
• Advise on pricing plans, offshore resource leverage targets, and ensure engagement teams are prepared for client negotiations from a financial perspective.
