Unispace is looking for a Senior Designer to join our dynamic studio. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind project success, quality control, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects : Manage self and smaller projects to ensure they are delivered profitably, on time, and on budget, supporting larger projects where required.
• Maintain Relationships : Nurture strong relationships with clients and ensure clear, effective communication throughout the design lifecycle.
• Mentor & Guide : Act as a buddy for new hires, mentor junior designers, and contribute to our internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Ensure Quality : Implement design best practices, uphold studio standards, and actively manage project risks and compliance.

About you

This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, and you’ll need to be based in the nearby area to be considered for this role.
