About The Role
As a Senior Architect, Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform with Insight, you will own and drive challenging projects and work with customers to understand functional and business requirements and design appropriate solutions. You will be an SME for strategic client opportunities and provide leadership and technical support to your teammates.

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to complex business requirementsProficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flowWork with our customers to understand functional and business requirements and make appropriate technology recommendationsStrong technical leadership and architectural expertise, with a proven track record of guiding project teams and ensuring adherence to best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise mannerHighly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgementAbility to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer visionUnderstanding of project budgets, financials, and commercialsAbility to manage and mentor other team membersDeliver strategic consultancy services including enterprise maturity assessments, roadmaps and technology platform evaluations.Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships, including representing Insight at conferences, User Groups and other marketing / PR activities as appropriatePrevious consulting / professional services experience is requiredTechnical
Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party ApplicationsExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, including knowledge of Azure DevOps and resource managementExpertise in security and compliance practices, particularly in relation to data privacy and governance within cloud-based solutionsIn-depth knowledge of system scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation within the Dynamics 365 platformExperience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migration.Experience in Dynamics CRM functional consultingFamiliarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance business process automation and reportingBest practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle ManagementExperience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence ToolkitWhat You Can Expect
