Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across Southern NSW District. This role will involve managing a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in commercial properties, and providing training and support. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and supervise a team of cleaners across Southern NSW District.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning tasks to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to cleaning staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in working order.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Travel across Southern NSW District using the company vehicle.
  • Requirements :

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Company vehicle provided – valid driver’s license required.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety standards.
