As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end‑to‑end banking needs across transaction activities, needs‑based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

Role Type : Permanent, Part time

Role Location : Stockland Cleveland Shopping Centre, Shop 67C / 90-91 Middle St, Cleveland QLD 4163

Work Hours : Day Start Finish Break :

Monday 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM 30 minute break

Tuesday 9 : 15 AM – 4 : 00 PM 30 minute break

Wednesday 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM 30 minute break

Thursday 9 : 15 AM – 4 : 00 PM 30 minute break

Friday 9 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM 30 minute break
