About the Role

Disability Support Workers provide exceptional care and promote choice and control within the lives of Sunrise2Sunrise participants. Their role is to assist participants day‑to‑day living, ensuring that they have maximum opportunity for developing valued and valuing lifestyles.

We are looking for Disability Support workers for both our Accommodation and Community services. This involves supporting participants who live in their own homes or residential services :

• Assist participants with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients to participate in community and social activities.
• Contribute to developing and implementing individualised support plans.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all participants.
