Summary :
Lead the clinical operations of a well-established aged care home with a respected provider committed to flexibility, work–life balance, and quality care. You’ll guide a dedicated clinical and care team, ensure compliance, and foster a supportive, person-centred environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care staff to maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.Collaborate with residents, families, and health professionals to create and implement individualised care plans.Manage resources, staffing, and budgets effectively to ensure operational efficiency.Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain exceptional care standards.Address concerns from residents, families, or staff with empathy and professionalism.Requirements :
Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration.Previous experience as a Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or similar senior clinical role within aged care.Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding model, and compliance frameworksProven ability to lead, support, and mentor clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred careExcellent clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skillsSound knowledge of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teamsExceptional time management and organisational abilities, with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvementsA commitment to continuous improvement and professional developmentRelevant post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or clinical leadership (desirable but not essential)In Return :
