The Role

As IT Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological future.

Managing a service desk team of two, you'll develop a deep understanding of Rationale's IT systems, infrastructure, strategies, and processes.

This role offers the opportunity to lead IT initiatives across the business and support global growth.

You will be responsible for :

  • Leading and supporting IT projects
  • Managing service desk and infrastructure workflows
  • Recommending system improvements
  • Ensuring IT systems meet current and future business needs
  • Maintaining secure and updated systems
  • Serving as escalation point for IT support issues
  • Providing IT guidance and mentorship
  • Working with third-party vendors

What You Bring To The Role

  • Experience in retail / supply chain environments (essential)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Windows Server
  • Experience with Apple hardware, iOS, and MacOS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AD and Azure
  • SQL database and data manipulation skills
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and Shopify platforms
  • Understanding of POS systems
  • Leadership and team growth experience
  • IT project and change management skills
  • Business analysis and software integration expertise
  • Programming / scripting abilities
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
