Position Available :

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and friendly waiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth restaurant operations by delivering exceptional dining and catering services.

Responsibilities :

Dining Area Setup – Prepare and arrange tables, ensuring proper placement of utensils, napkins, and condiments for a seamless buffet experience.

Guest Assistance – Greet customers, guide them through the buffet layout, and promptly address any inquiries.

Beverage Service – Take drink orders, serve beverages, and refill glasses as needed.

Table Maintenance – Clear dishes efficiently, reset tables for new guests, and ensure dining areas remain clean and well-stocked.

Checkout Handling – Process payments accurately using POS systems and assist with any billing questions.

Support Role – Assist buffet staff with restocking items, monitoring food levels, and maintaining service flow.

Requirements :

At least 2 years of experience as a waiter.

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to address guest needs and resolve complaints efficiently.

Effective communication skills to engage with diverse customers and team members.

Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or scheduling tools.

Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including taking orders, serving, and wine / food recommendations.
