YOUR ROLE

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are EITHER a registered patent attorney in Australia OR a trainee patent attorney/technical assistant nearing qualification;
- have minimum 1 year practical patents experience OR MORE (up to senior associate level) with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas;
- have a degree (or higher) in ENGINEERING (preferably mechanical, mechatronics, automotive but open to others) OR SCIENCE (materials science/physics);
- have solid experience in drafting/prosecuting patents that relate to EITHER mechanical engineering OR materials science (or both);
- have 2+ years’ practical experience (up to senior associate level) as a patent attorney with a reputable patent attorney firm/law firm/in-house in Australia/overseas + are a registered patent attorney in Australia (or nearing qualification);
- have a degree (or higher) in engineering (ideally mechanical) or science (materials science);
- have solid experience in drafting/prosecuting patents that relate to mechanical engineering or materials science engineering;
