About the Role

As part of the General Crew for Moonlight Cinema Brisbane, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of customer‑facing roles throughout the season, from setting up the venue and greeting guests to running cocktails, sampling products, and serving up delicious food, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience under the stars at Roma Street Parklands. You must be available to work nights (including on weekends) and be available to work from early December – mid February 2026.

• Venue setup
• Greeting guests and assisting with wayfinding
• Premium Service in Gold Grass
• Food & Beverage Preparation and Service
• Promoting sponsors and their showcased products
• Venue pack down
• Promotional sampling

Skills & Experience

• Previous customer service experience (essential)
• Positive, reliable, and team‑focused attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in hospitality, events, or cinema industry
• Valid RSA and Australian work rights (essential)
