Seeking a Senior Project Manager with 5  years experience using Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

The Department is seeking a Project Manager to deliver the ICT Capital Program of Work including the Digital Forensics project, DATA analytics project, Electronic Data Record Management migration project along with other capability and security uplift and other priority transition in work already in progress.

The ICT Program Delivery services that support the delivery of the ICT Project Roadmap, led by the ICT Program manager.

In the delivery of the ICT Capital Program of Work the Project Manager will :

• Manage the delivery of multiple projects using Agile methodology.
• Manage program implementation and resource plans, execute and manage project deliverables and costs.
• Provide strategic direction on the projects, ensuring alignment with Business and ICT objectives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to plan and manage programs successfully. Focus on delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Ensure compliance with governance arrangements associated with ICT projects and programs in the department.
• Ensure the program meets the objectives of ICT strategies and key policies.
• Build and promote the program vision, fostering a collaborative yet decisive approach to delivering project objectives and benefits.

To secure independent control of Project Management services, the end-to-end procurement will be undertaken in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement rules (CPRs) including comprehensive value for money assessment considering both whole of life costs and non-cost factors.

Contract : 12 Month Contract with 1 x 12 months extension option

Security Required : NV1 Security Clearance required

Location- Canberra,  Hybrid  - based   - The expectation is 5 days a week (8 hours per day) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Flexible working arrangements can be negotiated. Work is to be performed in the Canberra city office location.
