We are seeking a permanent full time, Library Assistant to join our Richmond Tweed Regional Library (RTRL) team. You will be working 35 hours a week, primarily based at our Ballina Area Libraries; however, this role may require you to work at different locations throughout your employment.
As a Library Assistant with Richmond Tweed Regional Library (RTRL), you will play a vital role in delivering high quality service to library patrons. You will be part of a multi-skilled team, providing support across the organisation as needed. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in maintaining and providing access to library collections, facilitating children’s programs, communicating effectively with patrons and using automated information systems and databases.

Salary : Salary from $1113.00 per week, plus superannuation

Conditions of Employment : Conditions of employment are in the Local Government (State) Award and relevant Council policy, procedures and agreements.
