About the Role
As the Project Officer Licensing and Metering, you will undertake project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects, including operational policy and procedure development within established objectives.
You will also undertake negotiation and liaison with stakeholders to support requirements for the delivery of Licensing & Metering and Water Planning Implementation activities and prepare and contribute to reports and briefings for managers, Directors, Executive Director and Deputy Secretary. This role provides executive administration support to the Director of Metering and Licensing and the Director of Water Planning Implementation.
About You
To be successful in the role, you will experience in the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget and supporting two or more Directors or Senior Managers with competing time demands.
You will have the demonstrated ability to ensure appropriate and effective monthly reporting on project(s) progress, delivery and expenditure, as well as ensuring staff have access to policies and procedures required to effectively undertake their duties.
