Your Role In a Nutshell

Assistant Manager : With your enthusiasm for our brand and belief in the way we do business, you will share responsibility with the Store Manager to drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results.

Key Duties Of An Assistant Manager

• Customer Experience — coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the Store Manager; oversee store operations and commercial practices front and back of house; lead a customer-focused store experience and help develop consumer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
• Delivery — leverage retail beauty expertise to learn and use internal systems, analyze performance, manage the commercial side of the store, monitor and adapt to change, and help meet sales / performance targets. Coordinate effectively between customers, the team, and the manager; maintain knowledge of the beauty market and competitors.
• Teamwork and People Management — be a team player, support the Store Manager, resolve issues quickly, attract, retain, and develop people who reflect the brand.
