More important than years is what you've learned and how you apply it.Professional experience building and shipping software in a team environment.Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and best practices.Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.Ability to write maintainable, tested code.Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and modern web development.Experience with TypeScript / Node.js, Golang, React / Vue / Svelte.Building RESTful APIs, working with SQL / NoSQL, or event-driven architectures.CI / CD pipelines, test automation, and Infrastructure as Code.Mentoring others or leading technical initiatives.Background in Out of Home media or ad tech.Why Join oOh!
