Working with the support of a Clinical Operations Manager, as Care Partner you will provide person-centred assessment, care and service options for consumers receiving In-Home Care Packages.

You will monitor budgets and maintain positive outcomes for the consumer and the Vasey RSL Care brand.

You will have your own client allocation, however, will work collaboratively within a growing team of friendly and capable Care Partners and Service Coordinators.

Some travel around metropolitan Melbourne will be required.
