About the Role

This role is central to delivering ethical and sustainable financial solutions to our investors and clients, while supporting the growth of our investment and loan portfolios. You’ll work collaboratively within the Partner Solutions and Support team to provide exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, end-to-end client service via phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and UFS policies
  • Resolve client enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all UFS offerings
  • Capture and analyse client feedback to enhance service delivery
  • Prepare audit certificates and process applications for corporate cards, merchant facilities, and bank guarantees
  • Maintain investor files, registers, and databases
  • Perform Core Banking System tasks including deposits, withdrawals, account amendments, and internet banking access
  • Investigate and process rejected transactions, cheque deposits, and direct debit claims
  • Action day 2 reports and manage exception items
  • Manage lending operations including drawdowns, settlements, rate settings, and loan maintenance

About You

You’re a client-focused financial services professional with a strong understanding of compliance, lending operations, and relationship management. Your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement make you a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.

You will bring :

  • Previous experience in Australian financial services in a client-facing role
  • General knowledge of financial management principles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling sensitive matters
  • Solid understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A preparedness to work within the polity and ethos of the Uniting Church in Australia
