Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced community services professional who demonstrates compassion, empathy and accountability to facilitate the transition of homeless participants residing at The Arches while on bail to suitable and longer-term accommodation. The successful applicant will a use person centred framework to develop transition plans with a key focus on finding medium to longer-term accommodation and community supports to maintain the accommodation.
You will have demonstrable experience in providing direct support to people who have a range of complex needs including experience of homeless and who have had contact with the criminal justice system, paired with experience and skills in developing trusted working relationships with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal participants.
