  • The company

We are hiring for a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. This includes the supply and installation of steel house frames and roofing, lightweight cladding, guttering and downpipes, garage doors and linings.

The roofing division at based in Minto is looking for a scheduler who can deliver efficient & effective administrative and project management support.

  • The role

    • The position of a scheduler will include liaising closely with Site Supervisors, calculating subcontractors' contract and material orders for jobs on site & strategic planning.

    Your duties will include (but not limited to)

  • Create and maintain job schedules.
  • Log all new information into database and maintain those schedules.
  • Identify variances from the original plan and liaise with relevant staff.
  • Liaise with Roofing team and task managers to define scope of work, to receive and update detailed schedules and cost information.
  • What we're looking for?
  • Aptitude in understanding construction & building material details.
  • Knowledge of systems and data with competent analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Outgoing personality
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Understanding of scheduling management

    • Trade experience in roofing or Carpentry is an advantage.

    An ability to understand drafting & plan drawing for residential housing is an advantage.
