The Opportunity

We’ve partnered with a leading workplace consultancy with over 3 decades of expertise across Australia and New Zealand. They deliver strategy, design, project management, and construction solutions through a streamlined, integrated approach that ensures flexibility, control, and exceptional client outcomes.

We’re seeking a proactive Administration Officer to join the Sydney team full-time. This hands-on role is central to keeping the office running smoothly while supporting Finance & Administration. It’s varied, fast-paced, and perfect for someone mature-minded, organised, and ready to be the team’s go-to person.

The Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and well-presented environment
  • Act as first point of contact – managing phones, visitors, mail, and meeting coordination
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and support onboarding, IT requests, and team needs
  • Provide finance administration support, including invoicing and supplier set-up
  • Assist with events, presentations, and general administration for the wider team and Directors

The Expertise

  • Proven administration experience and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, dependable, and mature-minded approach
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (experience with accounting systems is a bonus)
