About the Role :
We are working with a fast-growing non-bank lender for an Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and lead process improvement initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment based in Sydney, CBD.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and enhance end-to-end operational processes from onboarding to settlement, including hardship management, collections, and complaints
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Drive improvement initiatives across operational teams
Build and deliver change management plans to assess initiative success
Conduct process mapping, analysis, and continuous improvements
Oversee operational system innovation and enhancements
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are executed effectively
About You :
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and resource management skills
Project and change management experience
Experience in stakeholder collaboration and management
Familiarity with CRM, automation, and reporting tools
Experience in process improvement and risk mitigation
Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve
