About Your New Role :

As a vital member of our Open Minds Team, you'll be assisting our clients with complex needs on-site in Logan. Each day will be unique, but shifts may include assistance with mental health challenges, personal care, household duties, and medication management. Above all, you will provide companionship and build meaningful, caring relationships.

About You :

  • Excels in complex support environments, including Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access
  • Experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, and handling mental health challenges
  • Experience in providing Spinal and Acquired Brain Injury supports
  • Can prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease
  • Can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons and nights throughout the week

To be considered for this role, you will have :

  • A current Open Driver's Licence
  • Experience with disabilities and mental health support services
