About the role
Rudi’s Bistro is currently searching for an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Hand to support our close-knit team on a casual basis working in Manly, NSW!
As a Kitchen Hand you will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and effectively support our Chefs in maintaining kitchens efficiency, cleanliness and safety.
More specifically, some duties will include but are not limited to :
- Assist the Chef with preparation of food and general cooking
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen including washing of dishes
- Utilise industrial cleaning equipment including a commercial dishwasher
- Maintain organisation and stock handling including monitoring inventory levels
- Unpack and store deliveries following food safety standards
- Follow hygiene, safety and sanitation procedures
