The opportunity.

From time to time we need case managers / practitioners to join us in an interim capacity to support increased work loads, cover parental leave, cover secondments or we might even have been given some extra funding to engage more families.

Action.

If you are interested in being considered for short term contracts, anything from 3-12 months then this is where you need to express your interest.

We have roles available in :

• Family Services
• Home based care (foster care and kinship care)
• Evidence Based Programs, FFT, Rapid Response and Future Pathways
• Youth Services
