OTR Old Reynella - Assistant Manager

OTR Group, part of the Viva Energy Australia Group, is a leading retailer of convenience and quick‑service restaurants. This role is based in Old Reynella, Adelaide.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with day‑to‑day store operations.
  • Provide customer service and support.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Create rostering schedules.
  • Manage stock and inventory.
  • Report on operational performance.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are implemented.
