About the Role

An exciting role for a highly motivated professional to be a key member of our multidisciplinary team, facilitating high‑quality, person‑centred services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders within a positive behaviour support framework.
• Ensure customers receive tailored, individualised, person‑centred and strength‑based services aligned with the values and principles of positive behaviour support.
• Apply a customer‑centric model to develop, implement and review Individual Behaviour Support Plans and behaviour management strategies with customers, family, carers and service providers.
• Conduct relevant therapeutic and functional assessment and data gathering with customers and develop resulting behaviour support plans.
• Coach those implementing a behaviour support plan, involving the customer, carers and other relevant people in assessment and intervention.
• Develop and implement new resources and activities to enhance the experience and outcomes of our customers.
• Record accurate and timely notes and billing.
• Meet customer acquisition and clinical activity targets.
