Events Coordinator

We are seeking a temporary Events Coordinator to join our team and assist in finalising our annual sales conference.

We envisage you will be needed approximately 20 hours per week leading up to the conference and then will be required on site (Gold Coast location) for the 5 days of the conference starting Monday 16th February.

You'll take the lead on planning and coordinating Covetrus' annual Commercial Conference, including : Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to shape event design, audience, and outcomes.

Keeping on track with project milestones.

Coordination of logistics including arrival and departures of attendees across Australia
