Job Description

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial operations and strategic planning across the group’s multiple verticals. Reporting to the executive team, this role is responsible for leading a cohesive finance function that supports business performance and growth initiatives.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all business units

Provide commercial insights and financial modelling to support decision-making

Ensure compliance, governance, risk management, and due diligence processes are maintained

Drive systems and process improvements to enable scalability

Lead, develop, and support a high-performing finance team

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a CA / CPA qualified finance professional with a track record of leadership in fast-paced, multi-business environments. You will bring a hands-on approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at executive level.

Proven experience in property, construction, or diversified business groups

Strong technical accounting and commercial finance skills

Demonstrated success leading and developing finance teams

Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth settings

Skilled in systems, reporting, risk management, and due diligence
