Associate Environmental Consultant - Contaminated Sites

As an Associate Environmental Consultant / Team Lead in Contaminated Land, you’ll lead a 10-person team delivering some of NSW’s biggest infrastructure and development projects. Management is optional - you can focus purely on technical leadership, or step into team lead oversight with full support from Principals and the executive team.

This is delivery without the BD grind : you’ll manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and provide technical review, all while being backed by a business with a stellar project pipeline and Tier 1 client base. The role is Sydney CBD or Newcastle based with a flexible start / finish and hybrid work options.

The Role

• Lead delivery of large-scale contaminated land projects, from investigation to remediation
• Guide a multi-disciplinary team with backgrounds from boutique to top-tier consulting
• Provide technical review, sign-off, and client liaison on high-profile jobs
• Collaborate with Principals and executives to align resources and strategy
