    • is an exciting opoortunity located in
    • Melbourne
    • Under general supervision of the Human Resource Director, this role is to support the HR team in the deployment of HR Processes for people development. She / he is responsible for monitoring and optimizing the administrative transactions and tools.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • In-country coordination and deployment of employee benefits including gym program, recognition and reward program & service awards.
    • Coordinate monthly reviews of temporary workforce with relevant HR Manager / HRBP
    • Support line managers with employee onboarding activities
    • Support business with HR reporting
    • Manage ANZ HR Sharepoint site
    • Coordinate reviews of HR policies and procedures and suggest improvements
    • Support employees and managers to achieve timely completion of performance management cycle activities
    • Support HR and Finance with monthly data audits
    • Provide ad-hoc support to HR team with deployment of new initiatives and attendance at career events
    • Key Requirements
    • Organisational skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities
    • Knowledge of research methods and policy formulation;
    • Knowledge of personnel selection, validation, performance appraisal, and affirmative action;
    • Ability to appropriately plan and organize; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the work flow of projects and activities.
