As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors as they enter our Leisure Centres, addressing their needs, and ensuring our centres operate seamlessly.

What Youll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for customers as they arrive! Deliver warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
• Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
• Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
• Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork
