Join an energetic, friendly team working onsite across two high-end buildings This role requires someone with 12 months of experience in Property Management ZERO PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT Answering phone calls Handing out keys to contractors Assisting Building Manager with general duties Maintenance enquiries for tenants Support across maintenance, trades, and general office duties Experience using Property Me software This role has the potential to evolve into other aspects of the business Team of 10 staff Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm You must have a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in Property Management MUST have your Real Estate Certificate of Registration Immaculate presentation and a vibrant, friendly personality Outstanding communication and customer service skills Efficiency, Accountability and a sense of maturity and responsibility to be able to work without supervision This role will not last and only those shortlisted for the position with be contacted. You will be working onsite a luxury apartment complex in Bowen Hills
