Salary : $98,972 - $99,946 per annum plus superannuation.

Deliver secure, high-performance network and systems infrastructure for world-class research!

This hands-on role has a strong focus on enterprise networking, systems administration, and automation, with opportunities to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the Institute.

What you’ll do

• Manage and support network infrastructure including Fortinet firewalls, routers and switches, VPNs, and Cisco / Dell switches
• Provide BAU systems administration across Linux / Unix and Windows environments
• Monitor and optimise network and server performance
• Administer storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Collaborate with research teams, IT colleagues, and external partners
• Apply security controls, patching, and access management
• Drive automation and infrastructure improvements
• Maintain accurate technical documentation
