  • The Opportunity
  • We're seeking an Insurance Manager who's ready to balance administrative excellence with growing ownership of insurance program management.
  • Reporting to the Senior Insurance Manager and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be trusted to coordinate day-to-day operations, support renewal preparation and negotiations, and contribute to process improvements—while developing your expertise and taking initiative in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • Your key responsibilities will include :
  • Coordinating the administration of insurance programs : maintaining and managing data, preparing documents, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Supporting annual renewals : gathering information, assisting with the input of underwriting submissions, and liaising with our insurance broker.
  • Handling general enquiries from internal customers across the business, liaising with the broker on certificates of currency, and coverage adjustments requests.
  • Assisting with budget forecasts, premium allocations, and invoicing .
  • Reviewing contracts and organising inspections with guidance from senior team members.
  • Supporting claims management by providing information and following up on requests.
  • Contributing to team projects, process improvements, and learning about new products and services.
  • Building relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and drive value across the business.
  • About You
  • You have experience in administration, insurance, or property, and you're ready to take on more responsibility.
  • You're organised, proactive, and keen to develop your skills while making a real impact.

    You'll bring :

  • Strong financial acumen combined with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Initiative and ownership of your work, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
  • Ability to manage your time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel and IT systems.
  • An interest in insurance, risk, or property (preferred).
