Your expertise will directly influence the success of critical systems that support the global energy value chain.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will take a lead role in designing and implementing robust, scalable infrastructure and CI / CD solutions across multiple environments. They will combine technical leadership with a strong coaching mindset, enabling our teams to build capability and ensure long-term sustainability. The Senior DevOps Engineer will work closely with our global counterparts to develop and share DevOps best practices across regions—contributing to a unified, high-performance DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, emphasising modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build and optimise secure, reliable CI / CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, pair programming, and mentoring to uplift team capability.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product managers to streamline deployment workflows and enhance operational resilience.
• Evaluate and improve existing DevOps toolchains, automation practices, and security controls.
• Create documentation and handover materials to ensure continuity beyond the engagement.
