The role

We are looking for x Practice Assistant / Paralegals to job share between of our practice groups ( or days), based in Brisbane. Working as a paralegal at Norton Rose Fulbright is a fantastic way to build your legal experience at a leading international corporate firm. You will work directly with Senior Associates / Partners on some of the most significant and high-profile legal matters in the Australian market.

Responsibilities

• A broad range of Paralegal responsibilities as required
• Diary management, travel booking and event coordination
• Billing and expense coordination
• File management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing and scanning, management of correspondence
• Client relationship management and administration tasks; working with our Business Development team assisting with client material preparation
• Prepare and amend routine and non-routine documents, correspondence, and presentations
• Any ad hoc duties as required
