We are looking for a Casual Retail Sales Assistant at Poolwerx. It’s being the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. It’s the satisfaction of solving problems, supporting our clients, and knowing your work makes a real impact. It’s working hours that work for you. It’s growing your skills and resume through learning opportunities and long-term career progression.

You’ll typically be considered a Retail Sales Assistant, and you’ll achieve the following :

• Customer Servicing
• Water testing and advising clients on chemical & equipment solutions
• Stock control and merchandising
• Store opening and cash handling
• Retail reporting, inventory control and end of day tasks

What You’ll Bring

You’ll need a current unrestricted drivers licence (car & phone provided).

You’ll also need to consent to a police clearance check if you don’t have one already.

You’ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your own client base.

Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
