About The Role

As a Clinic Manager, you will enjoy numerous benefits ranging from job satisfaction, career progression plus an attractive remuneration package and a bonus incentive scheme! Duties will include but not limited to;

• Manage & develop a team
• Mentoring & team leading
• Drive sales to achieve targets
• Drive a high level of customer service
• Stock control & supplier orders
• Staff rostering
• Laser hair removal on men and women
• Skin treatments including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, and Skin Needling.
• Skin and Laser Consultations.
• Product retailing to accompany all treatments

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Previous management experience
• Hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, with at least 2 yrs exp.
• Laser hair removal experience is preferable but not essential.
• Have good knowledge of the skin, and of professional treatments and services
• Your excellent communication skills and dedication to customer service will be held in high regard
• You must possess a ‘can do’ positive attitude
• You must have a passion for providing a professional service in product retail sales, Laser Hair Removal, and Skin Treatments
